Refund & Return Policy

Each item at Over Hyped is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 days if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item or size (due to our error)

  • There’s a misprint or production issue

To start a claim, email us at OverHypedLLC@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

If your request is approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Please review the sizing chart and product details before purchasing, as each item is printed individually for you.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at OverHypedLLC@gmail.com.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. However, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and meet the criteria above to qualify. Please email us for instructions.
