Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Over Hyped. All of our products are made to order using our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Here's what to expect regarding shipping and delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are custom-made and take 2–5 business days to print before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States:
4–9 business days after production
Total: 6–14 business days from order date
International:
7–20 business days depending on location
Delivery estimates may vary due to holidays, customs, or high demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You may also log into your account to view the shipping status.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different Printify production partners. This is normal and helps deliver your items faster.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Email us within 15 days at OverHypedLLC@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. How long does shipping take?
All items are printed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- USA: 4–9 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on location
Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or shipping carrier issues.
3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at OverHypedLLC@gmail.com.
4. Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your account (if created) to track order status.
5. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
We work with multiple Printify fulfillment partners. Different items (e.g., a hoodie and a shirt) may ship from separate locations. This is normal.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately after placing the order and we’ll try to update it if production hasn’t started.
7. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
